Today I’m doing a brief check in to see how things are going.
- 25/30 days on the bike; 217 miles logged
- 13 podcasts recorded
- Two books read; The Psychology of Money and Atomic Habits
- 2000-3000 words written and published
- Morning and Evening Routines written
- Lost 2.5 pounds
- Kept a food diary every day
- Wrote in my Gratitude Journal each morning (need to work on the evenings)
- Added a Stoic quote on mindset to my notebook each morning
- Learn about writing prompts for Grok
- Started using Grok-the best assistant you could ask for
- Tried THC infused beverages
- Started building a digital product as a proof of concept (leading to the big goal of a book on Amazon)
Now for things that need work:
- Never really outlined My91Days
- Really need to set a time/cue for my Evening Routine-slacking in the journaling department
- Stricter adherence to better eating habits
- Dumbbell workouts have fallen off
- Never started stretching
- Never started dead hangs
- Slacked off on the Decluttering
I’m not beating myself up over some things falling of. New and unexpected discoveries were made in pursuit of the book goal. I believe it was time well spent as I do have work to show for.
All-in-all, I would give myself a C grade. There is definite room for improvement, but having started from an absolute standstill, I have overcome that inertia and now have a plan for my days. Good habits are being built, work is being done, and I feel better about myself.
